Amongst one of the first groups of certified public accountanting firms established in People's Republic of China, CEC Certified Public Accountants Shanghai was founded by former partners of Coopers & Lybrand in late 90s. Mr. Roger Cheng - a former partner of KPMG (Shanghai) joined the Firm in October 2004. The Firm formally became a member of Moores Rowland International in January 2005, which is now reorganized as Praxity, AISBL.

Praxity, AISBL, is a global alliance of independent firms. At 31st December 2008, Praxity had 109 participating firms in 72 countries with 24,692 personnel operating out of 511 offices. With the combined fee income of its participating firms totalling $3.2 billion (€2.3 billion) Praxity is the world's largest alliance of independent accounting firms and is ranked in 8th position overall, according to the International Accounting Bulletin's survey of Networks and Associations.

Our firm is led by 5 partners who are all deeply experienced in each of their own specialized field of accounting, audit, and taxation. Our professionals operate in multi-disciplinary groups focusing on clients' needs upon the different industries each of them are in. We place particular emphasis on consolidating industry knowledge and delivering quality service through dedicated teams that are able to operate through different lines of businesses.
