Mr. Mao has over 20 years of experience in professional accounting. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and also a PRC Certified Tax Accountant. Mr. Mao was a member of the technical committee of Coopers & Lybrand, now  Price Waterhouse Coopers, from 1994 to 1998, before founding CEC, and has extensive knowledge and experience in PRC accounting and tax laws, rules, and regulations. He is also a consultant for the Association of International Trade Promotion.

Roger was admitted to partnership at KPMG Taiwan in 1993. In 1995, Roger was transferred to launch and run the first KPMG Office in Shanghai and has served various multinational companies in China for nearly a decade. In addition to vast experience in audit, Roger has accumulated in-depth knowledge in assisting clients in dealing with issues relating to mergers & acquisitions, investment planning and negotiations, and taxation. Roger has extensive experience in serving clients in the electronics, computers and other traditional industries.
